      MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Handle all solutions to customer satisfaction as per project plan and agreed SLA’s with the project stakeholders.2. Project scope management and facilitation of project scoping sessions will hold scoping sessions both with the internal team as well as with the customer. The purpose of the workshop is to detail the scope of work in the project, to assign tasks and responsibilities, to manage expectations, to confirm timelines, and produce the necessary documentation to commence a project.3. Project Communication and resource management: resources will include but is not limited to resources from various Network Infrastructure partners. Project Risk management: Highlighting and managing risks throughout the lifecycle of the project and ensuring there are sufficient mitigation plans in place to manage these risks.5. Project Integration: He/she is the integrating link between all project stakeholders and activities6. Ensure Project Closure: He/she provides for acceptance of the project by the project sponsor, completion of various project records, final revision and issue of documentation to reflect the “as-built” condition and the retention of essential project documentation. Project closure also includes hand-over to Support and ensuring that all sold projects are billed.7. Managing the relationships with the customers during the implementations phase, until hand-over phase.8. Implement and ensure adherence to methodology and processes as adopted by the company in the management and execution of projects.9. Track individual project performance against the project baseline.10. Identify project risks and/or issues and implement necessary action plans to manage them11.
