  Starting as a freelance content writer brought me back to my passion, which was buried deep because of my chosen path of Engineering. I decided to go for Science after my 10th grade and went astray when I chose engineering as my career. It didn't take me long to realise that my happiness lies elsewhere. And started a dilemma of choosing a career that'd truly make me happy.After completing college, I finally decided to take the path of my heart – writing. Yes, writing has been my passion all along. But it got hidden deep when I went astray and decided to go for engineering. It was in 2019, when I joined Toastmasters International, that I was called back to my passion for writing. Here's what made me change my mind:- I wrote 20+ speeches. The process of crafting a speech, editing it, and tailoring it to make it relatable to the audience made me truly happy. - I started a club newsletter, and the one year I spent as its Editor was the most exciting I ever felt. - I was then appointed the Editor of the District Newsletter, District 126. More responsibilities made me even happier. - I got to hone my management and organisation skills. It taught me resourcefulness. Interacting with club members daily helped me learn to deal with people and solve their problems. These skills now help me interact with my clients and provide them with the best solutions. The result was that I started freelancing and got my first internship at a budding healthcare startup. The experience boosted my confidence, and I got my first client. - I wrote 3 blog posts for their website. - Understood the Brand's tone of voice and delivered content that met their expectation.I decided that writing was what I could do best, and I started my freelance writing career.
