Help in Victim Services, by communicating with Victims when they are informed by the Victim Identification and Notification Everyday program better known as (VINE), as to what it means when and offender his being transferred or do I need to get a protective order because he has been threatening from a facility. These are examples. I also try to help victims and offenders families to understand the process of being incarcerated, why and who is affected. Show less
