   Inspection and conduct the testing of pipes and fittings Implementation and continual improvement of Organization’s quality management system against ISO 9001 standards and customer requirements Plan and conduct internal audit and make sure the effective implementation of CAPA Develop and implement quality plan, ITP, procedures, test methods, etc Monitoring and control of inspection and test activities in accordance with BS, EN, ASTM, API, ANSI/AWWA, ISO standards and stakeholders requirements ( Steel and HDPE Welding ) Monitor and report the performance of the system to top management review Coordinate with customers for the closure of any complaints related to quality Expertise in working with ERP-SAP, MS Office, Auto CAD, etc  Review Customer/Contract Specification; Decide QC Tests to be performed and Prepare Quality Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for Inspection and Testing of Raw Materials, Processes and Finished Products based on Governing Standards and Monitor the Tests. Conduct the internal ISO audit  Prepare Quality Plan Every Six Months and Discuss in Project Management Meeting Prepare Method Statements, Test Reports and related Documents and Maintain as per Document Control Procedure. Develop Visual Inspection Criteria for Each Project in Accordance with Customer Requirements, Governing Standards and Manufacturer’s Technical Data Sheet. Monitor Raw Material Receiving Inspection and Testing to Check to Meet Purchase Specification; Make Reports; Circulate to Stores and Procurement Departments  Monitor Quality Control Batch Tests such as Density, Water Absorption, Compressive strength, Closed Cells, Thermal Conductivity etc. Prepare Reports and Report any Nonconformity to Technical and Production Departments for Timely Action .  Conduct Project Quality Meeting every Month, Collect Information and Check the Status, Report Findings to QA/QC Manager and Projects Manager Show less
