We started as a small startup and in 3 years became a retailer with 5000 employers and 120 shops.   Solutions Architect

  As a solution architect in Novardis I was involved in implementation of two first ecommerce SAP Commerce (Hybris) projects in Russia: Eldorado and Komus. I have worked in both projects from a conceptual side with gathering of requirements, to implementation, integration testing and go-live. A complex architecture and solution decisions were driven by non-standard requirements, related to pricing, multi-regional specifics, logistics, performance requirements, that are specific for Russian market.   As a Software Architect at Netconomy I was a part of an agile team, working on implementation of ecommerce projects based on SAP Commerce platform both in B2C and B2B areas for our clients. My role within a team and company was to enable delivery of software in a measurable level of quality, reflecting both business and technical (non-functional) requirements, taking care of performance, maintainability and reliability of developed solutions. Among project and clients I had a chance to work with high variety of business areas in different domains: retail, manufacturing, health care, after sale services. I was part of both small and big scale projects: from teams of 5 team members to big enterprise level customers, being part of value stream with scaled agile framework (SAFe) with 14 teams and more than 150 people in environmental. Within a small teams I shared a role of Software Architect and developer, both taking care of writing code, code review processes, releasing, CI/CD, static code analysis, test coverage, technology and architecture decisions and also taking care of mentoring, knowledge transfer and onboarding of teams and new members. With a scaled agile project I was taking care of 5 teams and 3 products, focusing on a solution and system architecture purely, working closely with other system and enterprise architects in the setup and tech leads and developers in teams. As a Software Architect, I was also involved in conceptual phase, where I was leading or was a part of requirements gathering workshops, was helping to shape the future solution and provide estimation for the project timeline and efforts. From a technological stack my expertise is related to web technologies - Java, JavaScript, React, Spring, Kubernetes/Containers, Azure, SAP Commerce (Hybris), SAP CPI integration platform, SAP CDC (Gigaya), SAP Kyma, MACH architecture. I am also got a good networking and Unix basis, that helps with understanding and working with hyperscalers, like Azure. Show less As a Software Developer at Netconomy I was part of multiple ecommerce projects, based on Java, Spring, React and SAP Commerce Cloud as platform. I was working in a small and big teams, for projects in B2C and B2B areas, with customers both in DACH region and worldwide. As certified SAP Commerce developer, my focus was on bringing new ecommerce platform for our clients, mostly focused on backend development, data modeling, integrations and API's. Through the years I have worked with high profile customers, running high load online retail solutions within multiple countries and regions. I was also part of a team, who developed marketplace extension for the SAP Commerce Cloud, was involved by SAP into extending of SAP Commerce Cloud accelerator to support headless architecture and javascript frontends.
