  Making CDON a little bit more data driven every day by bringing our organisation closer to insights that improve decision-making.New BI-platform with Power-BI as visualisation tool replacing QlikView.New Product Data Management (PDM). Including integrations with external partners to further enhance the quality and integrity of products.Implemented Google Shopping Taxonomy as main CDON categorization, replacing and retiring all previous (5) categorizations.Moving all vendors over to the new billing structure based on Google Shopping Taxonomy. This work led to the first official pricing list. Previously all pricing was negotiated per vendor which was very labour intensive.Planning the navigation structure for CDON new platform (replaced old platform 2020-10-01). Show less In combination with making financial reports and oversee month-end closing of accounts my main job is to analyse and develop business and financial recommendations towards mainly our marketing division.Together with the marketing team we found cost savings and efficiency improvements of 25% on an performance marketing budget of 75+ mSEK and several projects are in place to increase the performance further.Projects involves among many other things working through performance channels measuring incrementality and profitability. Optimizing the traffic towards site and developing plans to increase profitable traffic channels both with current set up as well looking into new solutions.Leading in the project to analyse conversion which has led to an increased focus on the mobile version of site, and with a new approach we are now able to measure conversion on different parts of site.
