  My duties in the ground were to inspect tickets to make sure the fans are there lawfully and to also assist in helping them find their seating areas. I also give information and support to fans when asked to but proactively approach fans if they look confused or panicked. One of my most important responsibilities is to monitor and observe the crowds on the stairwells and concourses to spot and respond to possible risks or problems that occur. Lastly I helped with security at the ground taking roles in searching fans outside of the ground and working at security doors inside the stadium to prevent unauthorised access to staff only areas and to check credentials.
