  Started as a technical consultant for moving a data center from Mississauga to Thornhill, Ontario. Accepted the offer of a fulltime position in 2003 to manage the network support team, and to consolidate additional data centers. Took on additional teams and responsibilities in providing network operations and architectural functions. Architected, designed, and built multiple network infrastructure to support three key outsourcing contracts: TransCanada Pipeline Enterprise security, Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health Information Drug Information System, and Ontario Ministry of Health Adjudication systems. Re-architected and built a multi-tenants network infrastructure in supporting over 235+ services to insurance, financial, healthcare, and government sectors. Successfully consolidated five data centers as a technical lead in providing architectural framework, detailed design, and migration strategies supporting Health and Financial customers; resulted in an annual cost savings of over $5.4M. Key network architect for winning the 8+ years outsourcing contract in supporting Ontario Ministry of Health adjudication system. Designed and built network infrastructure in providing Electronic Bill Payment system. Achieved a $1.9M onetime credit in telecom disputed resolution. Optimized network infrastructure and achieved an annual savings of $0.84M. Re-structured network, security, and architecture teams to achieve efficiencies in recognition of a cost reduction of over $0.75M annually. The day-to-day operations spans all dimensions of IT infrastructure hardware and software specifically in the Data Center Security infrastructure. My offerings include network architecture, design, consulting, planning, implementation, remediation and support.  Developed security framework and roadmap to deliver global operational capability to Healthcare services. Designed and built the next generation of network and security infrastructure called “the CUBE” focusses on providing Agility, Reliability, and Security to TELUS customers; increased sales opportunities. Transformed the Health Operations Center into TELUS Command Center supporting customers nationally and has significantly improved MTTR and service levels since 2013; Received the CEO award which recognizes the delivery of Reliability to TELUS customers Managed space and power for five Tier3 Internet Data Centers (IDC) across Canada from 2014 to 2015. My role also expanded to cover the 24x7 Operations Center, Production Control (level 2 application support), Change Management, and Problem Management for the period between 2008 and 2015.Managed TELUS Enterprise Network Infrastructure ( 7 Internet Data Centers, 400+ Corporate stores, and 500+ locations internationally ) in supporting four key business units: Wireless, Wireline, TELUS International, and Team Members services.
