Developed and implemented changes in the contents of the Infosys website in conjunction with the project teams, editors, developers, and designers. Reviewed the back-end in order to ensure that the proposed changes are securely stored in the database and displayed on the front end of the Infosys website.

      In this role, I was in charge of aiding in the onboarding of new (data centres) sites globally. Specifying how shipping (both inbound and outbound) and remote hands functions, as well as the ability of Google employees and other engineers to visit sites, are all outlined. Along with other pertinent data, I construct the timelines for each function, which I later assist in integrating into a platform used actively by Google internal stakeholders as necessary.ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Coordinated projects with new site providers to assist with onboarding and establishing Google's point of presence inside them. • Spearheaded projects with the colocation vendors to meet requirements for inbound and outbound shipping, hands carry in and out, remote hands support, and access specifications for both Google and third party engineers.• Orchestrated criteria to ensure that the escalation matrix is successfully exchanged and that the site vendors support and assistance is in line with Google's priority levels for site visits, shipping, and remote hands support.• Oversaw projects to ensure that the data confirmed by the colocation vendor was properly added to a platform that is utilised internally.• Arranged weekly meetings with stakeholders to ensure that all issues were brought up with the colocation vendors and vice versa.• Programmed initiatives with various Metro owners to determine the number of test sets (BER, OTDR, and optics) that are available at each site location and made certain that this information was appropriately added inside the testing tools section, which I co-designed.
