  • Conducted research for the final project under the title “Antibacterial Potential of Cacao (Theobroma cacao) Forastero Variety Pod Husk Extract” by processing cacao waste as an antimicrobial agent and testing it on skin pathogenic bacteria.• Carried out antibacterial tests including clear zone, MIC, MBC, and release cell material tests.• Visualized changes in the cell wall of test bacteria using SEM.• Operated several laboratory instruments including spectrophotometer UV-VIS, SpectraMax, rotary evaporator, and freeze dryer.
