  The ongoing project aims to study the various aspects and impacts of abiotic groundwater remediation using zero valent iron (ZVI) for treating chlorinated contaminants. The main objective of this research is to identify the difference on sulfate reducing activity by sulfidated and non-sulfidated ZVI particles and also, to identify the rate and extent of sulfur reduction based on the purity of ZVI particles.
