This initiative saved 1.5 million hours annually by eliminating redundant and monotonous tasks. - Delivered 100+ RPA Bots that automated Talent processes, and Chatbots catering to Deloitte employees.- Defined process for discovering use cases that fit RPA solution. Earned my certifications in UiPath and Microsoft LUIS to set a benchmark for the team.Learnings from RPA Implementation:-Convincing all stakeholders was challenging, especially those concerned about job security and career progression.-Despite visible value, other critical factors made securing funding and selling services difficult until self-sustainability was achieved.-Free bots do not address strategic or tactical problems effectively.-- Successfully learnt the art of navigating the challenges to secure sponsorship, enabling the team to demonstrate the benefits of automation. It exploded from there!Learnings from Chatbot Implementations:- Prompt engineering was particularly challenging, especially the early versions.- Early validation was crucial to identify unforeseen pitfalls.- Bot Confidence scores should not be taken for granted.- Training the chatbot is essential, but equally important is who trains it and the linguistic influences they use.- Considering geographical and local language nuances is vital.- Understood the true meaning of "Shift Left," worked late nights training the bot, just curios to see user results the next day.- Employed various methods to gather user feedback, sometimes to the point of user frustration.- Reviewed every conversation in the log to identify patterns and implemented fixes for future versions.
