  Drived Telenor group payment modernization agenda and automated the invoice booking and payment disbursement process. Invented the digital supplier payment process in Telenor Pakistan that ended up the cheque disbursement payment mode and suppliers started receiving their payments directly into their bank accounts together with real time remittance notification generating directly from oracle fusion mentioning all the supporting details with regards to invoice numbers and withholding taxes. No more real time tracking of cheques was required and the process started saving 176 man-hours and pkr 10 million opex cost on monthly basis. The automated process also reduced the supplier queries by 70 %. Had also been maintaining monthly management & group reporting pack that was vital for business decisions and for KPI monitoring and compliance.
