      The Field Sales Supervisor will manage and build distributor relationships, educate and motivate distributor reps to gain new distribution, build volume in existing accounts, execute at the chain level and focus on Coca- Cola Company brands. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible to open and maintain accounts and to build relationships with the retailers within an assigned territory. Being a goal-oriented, revenue-focused individual who can quickly establish relationships for a growth-oriented sales strategy.Roles & Responsibilities -Obtain new distribution within assigned territory of entire Coca-Cola portfolio and support with POS to ensure pull through from the shelf- Prepare for account call by having sell sheets, pricing, POS and cold samplesBuild/maintain relationships with store managers/receivers, distributor management and distributor reps- Educate distributors’ sales representatives and newly hired sales personnel as required on product knowledge and Company sales methodologies, procedures and current promotions.       As a TDM in Pepsico one of the main focus i had was to break the Monopoly of competing companies in different areas and companies which i was successful in throughout my career at Pepsico, my tasks were divided into daily, weekly and monthly in which are detailed below. My Team:-I was in charge of a team of 5 supervisors and 24 sales representative .Daily Tasks :-- Arrange morning meeting with the team to follow up on our set plan for sales and our customer on which we will sell the product to and way to achieve our target.- Follow up on money collected from clients and their credit balance and provide a daily report to my direct manager.- Visit different client locations to ensure all is going well in regards to the product quantity they have as well as the product display is done correctly and see if they are facing any issue in regards to my team members and finish the day with finalizing some office work.Weekly tasks :- Adding to the above daily tasks arranged on weekly basis i arrange for a meeting with my team and collect data from the team on which i compare how are we doing in regards to our target sales - Plan for next weeks operation - Evaluate last weeks performance and communicate to them any issues or concerns noticed upon my field visits.Monthly Tasks:-- Plan the monthly distribution set for each member of the team focusing on which clients to approach and what kind of product to focus on through the month.- Prepare a monthly report which provides my direct manager with this month closing and the clients credit.- Design next month presentation to present to my direct manager in which i provide key information such as :1- Our target, what we achieved so far and how far we are from the set goal2- Comparing selling numbers of different products with last year number for the same period.3- New customer that we have added to my area of distribution.
