Oversaw EHS aspects of semi-conductor fabrication facility expansion including toxic gas monitoring, H rated construction, UPW, air scubbers, wastewater treatment, and gas delivery. Particated in the BIOCOM legislative and EHS&S committees.

Lead the site's EHS Management System certification to DNV ISRS7 (ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 conformant). Key interface with customer and raw materials suppliers from Japan. Designated site integrated risk manager. Chair of the international SHE Council network for the biologics manufacturing sites. Instrumental in the creation and leading the site's People team focussed on A Great Place to Work.
