  Build team, setup team, define mission and vision, motivate team, coach team and improve team continuously. Lead Team to take over the Tetra project from Poland to Chengdu. Be the Chengdu team owner to work with colleagues in Denmark, Malaysia and Poland for all the Tetra Subscriber projects.Being feature scrum master of some big projects to manage teams across different sites from pre-study to release, Such as new product Nextex and Pager.Team takes over the domain within 2 years. The domain build matrix shows there are at least 2 SMEs in each sub-domain.Team made great improvement on project execution comparing to Poland: 1) The defect rate is 1/3 of Poland team. 2) Productivity improves 30% basing on history data. 3) Project delivery date is predictable and under control which are big concerns from vice president.MR14 project team got the best team during 2014 2H best team evaluation in CDC site.To support Chengdu site to pass ISO 9001 audit, MR14 project was selected as 1 of 4 example projects from Chengdu site to attend external ISO 9001 audit. I attended as project manager and we pass the audit with 0 findings. And Nextex project was selected in 2016 again and pass the audit with 0 finding as well.Chengdu team got recognition from high level management team for both quality and schedule. It was decided to transfer all Poland Tetra projects to Chengdu after MR14 release basing on our team good result. Show less Develop LTE option board which can work with ASTRO radio to support LTE and Bluetooth. It uses the new hardware with Linux system.Build team, setup team, define mission and vision, motivate team, coach team and improve team continuously. Lead team to develop boot loader，porting Linux kernel，porting Bluetooth application and enhance the application layer to support LTE functionality.LTE OB uses new Linux kernel version, new hardware and new LTE modules.The porting considerations, file system selection, CPU selection and LTE certification solution were planned after some planned prototype at pre-study stage. The good byte/bit order porting guideline basing on some error pattern was summarized at the very beginning of project.The OSAL (Operation System Abstract Layer) extension basing on prototype in EVM board is drafted at the very beginning of project.The expert test cases were created to cover BT, large data handling and performance scenarios. Lots of performance issues were figured out earlier.The dependencies are managed well. There are 2 cases: 1) As the different schedule of different teams due to resource limitation, the Networking Simulator was planned to avoid the dependency between teams. 2) Chengdu did not get the prototype HW on time due to HW delay. I travelled to U.S to mitigate the risk. A lab administrator provided the information there are 2 intelligent power supplies which can be controlled via a PC tool during private lunch outside. An ideal of remote debug environment came out. After gathering all the equipments basing on good relationship, 2 sets of remote debug environment was setup. It avoided 3 weeks potential blocking.LTE feature was released successfully with good quality and planned resource on time. I got 2 high fives from release manage and 2 high fives from release architect. LTE OB team got more than a dozen of high fives from partners. Show less
