Program Manager for primary structural components of aft section of the 787. Daily program management of part tracking and availability, contractual requirements and obligations, purchase order placement and scheduling. Primary interface between engineering, supply chain management, finance, contracts and supplier for daily communication and coordination. Project Manager for Supplier Support of the 787 Dreamliner Gallery. Responsible for coordinating the schedule and delivery of all selectable Interiors hardware. Interfaced with Marketing to create promotional materials for airline customer use. Lead supplier, customer and internal tours of the Dreamliner Gallery facility. Primary Procurement Agent supporting Japanese supplier of In-Flight Entertainment Systems on 777 and 737 aircraft. Manage multimillion dollar contracts for four different airline customers. Integrated with Seats Procurement, Seats Engineering and Cabin Systems Engineering, as well as Materials Management and Finance.
