  Worked as Lead System Designer (LSD) for Product Integration Layer which provides an interoperability layer and SDK that can be embedded or leveraged by a product and enables standards-based interoperability with other products of heterogeneous nature. It contains common elements that are required by all products in interoperability space and bridges gaps that are common to multiple products. It also provides guidance on creating product specific customizations, including maven archetypes for reference implementations of IHE profiles. As SDK, it enables support for various communication protocols and delivery mechanism. In the same role, it provides user friendly standard interfaces that can be extended based on custom requirements. The Centricity Clinical Gateway is positioned as an interface between GE Healthcare IT products and internal/external Hospital IT systems. Different GE Healthcare IT products will be able to communicate to each other and to one or more external hospital systems using the Centricity Clinical Gateway. So CCG facilitates interoperability among various Healthcare products to enhance better patient care. CCG internally uses standards like HL7, DICOM, interface engine like Cloverleaf, PACS etc.Responsibilities: Leading a 6 member team responsible for end to end ownership of features across multiple releases. Designed, developed and worked on multiple modules such as Core, PDC, Web Services, Service Tools, DMWL, PACS Interface, IHE and MPPS in the application. Support for iterative development, early integration and test driven development. Active participation in verification and documentation activities. Supported various customers and stakeholders in USA and Europe. Use and support of industry wide healthcare domain standards, specifications and protocols such as HL7, XDS and DICOM. Demonstrated the current product for Europe, Middle East Asia and Africa customers in a week long workout in Germany. This program (ReG) is to detect availability of software updates and automatically install them on client workstations reducing manpower, downtime, cost and maintenance.   As an architect, technically responsible for Eurofins internal enterprise service bus (eESB) and ensuring all user applications in global Eurofins' landscape are able to utilize its services to the maximum.eESB primarily offers messaging based asynchronous integrations along with File/FTPS/SFTP based exchanges and REST APIs. But it is capable to offer any customer specific services based on Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP). Show less As an architect, responsible for Eurofins Genomics internal enterprise service bus (GSB) and integration of overall application landscape.Eurofins Genomics system is a heterogeneous system which is made of systems which are developed using latest technology stack as well as legacy systems which are developed long back using legacy technology stacks. Since maintenance of legacy systems is costly and time consuming, the strategy is to slowly replace legacy systems by new systems. Before achieving this state, it is required to ensure both current and legacy systems are able to communicate with each other to ensure business continuity. Currently Eurofins Genomics comprises of 15 new and legacy systems which take care of user & customer management, ecommerce requirements, production, shipment, delivery, invoicing, order review, document management etc.In order to ensure integration among new and legacy systems, messaging based approached is used and interfaces are developed to send and receive required business messages.This project requires understanding of internal architectures of all new and legacy systems so that required interfaces can be proposed and standard message formats can be developed which is generic across entire application landscape. Show less Eurofins Genomics has multiple legacy systems as part of overall system workflow. There was a decision to upgrade and replace most of the older systems with latest technologies and interfaces. Yet many systems cannot be were not upgraded and decommissioned in time due to various challenges. Hence Legacy SXP Integration project was conceived to ensure updated environments have no connectivity and data sharing issues with still available older systems. Red Hat JBoss Fuse 6.0 was chosen as platform to achieve this goal. Proposed system is highly available system with built-in reliability, failover, error handling and fault tolerance. It allows smooth data sharing and connectivity among upgraded newer systems and yet to be decommissioned legacy system for following functionalities.1. Connection to database (Oracle/MS SQL Server/PostgreSQL/MariaDB/MySQL) and periodic polling of available records for various messages such as Document, Status Update, Contact Update, Invoicing & Billing, Email Confirmations and Paying Cards details.2. Pluggable XSD validation of incoming payload against specified XSDs.3. Pluggable XSLT transformation of incoming payload as per outgoing standards against specified XSLTs.4. JMS Message Integration with Queue/Topic.5. Database update/delete as per previous operation result.6. Error Handling & Monitoring, Transaction Management, Logging features.7.
