  Key Responsibilities:• Managing 8 -12 warehouse team members in multiple locations across South West Ontario• Responsible for the organization and inventory management of HVAC, water heater, water purification and smart home equipment. Unloading of equipment, scanning and entering serialized equipment information into the system. • Daily staging of our products and materials prior to installations, document, and report on stock quantities at all times to ensure no stoppage of work due to inadequate equipment inventory.• Assist Install Crews with daily truck inspections and assure regularly scheduled maintenance is carried out.• Work closely with the Installation teams to ensure smooth and accurate flow of paperwork, model and serial numbers, warranty information and any documentation required for accurate customer history files• Maintain movements of inventory in the warehouse and ensure adequate inventory levels at all times through internal and third-party relationships• Monitor the use and turn of inventory equipment and consumables; make recommendations to increase / decrease inventory levels by SKU based on consumption• Complete purchase orders for new equipment where required; match install paperwork with sales file after install is complete• Produce inventory count, value, and stock turn reporting as required at the established frequency CORE COMPETENCIES*Ability to hold yourself and others accountable for results*Ability to drive change and process improvements*Capacity to think / act strategically and analytically*Ability to develop meaningful KPI's and reporting metrics*Ability to lead and manage teams / build relationships Show less
