  Every year a small community organization called Special Needs Activity Program (SNAP), puts on a production. The production is for those with Special Needs to come, play a part, and feel special. In 2018 I volunteered with SNAP and helped put on this production. Since then I have also volunteered with the productions in 2019, and 2022.   I was blessed with the incredible opportunity to spend a few weeks in small village, Maekhapoo, Thailand. In Maekhapoo I was able to form incredible relationships and serve wonderful people all while not speaking thee same language. During the trip I focused on:• Teaching English lessons to all the students there.• Aiding in construction in their village, resulting in the completion of a new paved trail, bathroom foundations and more.• Creating relationships with those I was serving.• Delving into a new culture and learning more about others.   • Learned the ins and outs of a small business by seeing the buying side of things, creating names and tags for all the product, and then working the resell.• Managed Instagram account for the store by creating stories, responding to dm’s, and posting other content, on the days I worked in store.• Adapted to the clothing industry and became a dependable employee by always showing up.

I went from a Sales Associate to Senior Sales Lead in less than a one-year span and was transferred store locations when I moved because I was seen as an asset.• Practice different selling strategies I am taught to boost sales numbers, personally bringing in nearly $13,000 of revenue for the year 2022.• Arrive to my shifts ready and on time with 100% attendance. • Forming strong customer connections causing them to come again and allowing me to greater understand them.
