Full P&L responsibility leading a team of sales, engineering, and field service personnel focused on water treatment needs for high purity water users. Additionally responsible for an ion exchange resin regeneration and system production facility supporting several regional branch operations. Responsible for product management and marketing for a breakthrough, and disruptive product line in treated water markets. Drove domestic and international direct sales and distribution partners in growing market share in traditional ultrapure markets and expanding to adjacent share in high volume industrial high purity water treatment with the continuous deionization (electrodeionization) product lines. Developed, from conception to full commercialization, new advances in continuous deionization equipment and systems for ultrapure water generation. Computer aided design, process control integration and optimization, programmable logic control systems, electro-mechanical systems, systems testing, documentation for commercialization, startup and training.
