  Co founder Vice Prisident and Chief Architect of one of the largest international VoIP Carriers in Latin America, with operations in the US, Mexico, Venezuela, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, El Sal- vador, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Spain. Beta developed and deployed the first Cisco VoIP products for international call termination, based on thier exiting access server platform. Also the first carrier to deploy Cisco VoIP products with ITXC/ATT and Ibasis for global wholesale termination.

Implemented and trained network enginners on IBM Netview / Micromuse Netcool network monitoring systems which filtered and monitored over 2000 network elements from over 100 points of presence and 8 regional NOC’s in Latin America.
