      Work Duties: Sacramento District Co-Star of the Month APR 2024 for contributions as a Geotechnical Lead on both the Lathrop Manteca Study & the Yolo Bypass Comprehensive Study including scoping & maintaining nonfederal sponsor stakeholder relationships. Developed geotechnical SOW estimates & PMPs for three multiyear planning studies with risk-informed design, risk assessment, & Class III (10% to 35%) design maturity recommended plans with reviewers from SPK, SPD, & HQUSACE. Completed engineering during construciton (EDC) quality assurance (QA) on various construction contracts over the span of three years including responding to RFIs, submittals, and verifying specifications and plans were met for projects.Key member of Levee Screening Project Delivery Team (PDT) that completed the Sacramento District federal levee screening effort which began in 2005 and covered 438 levee segments totaling over 1,600 miles of levees. Presented risk screenings directly to higher level program managers to make a judgment of risk for levee systems. Conducted Routine and Periodic Inspections for federal and non-federal levee embankments to determine eligibility status in USACE's Rehabilitation and Inspection Program. Reviewed as-builts, O&M manuals, USACE 404/408 and/or Sponsor granted permits, easement maps, available state resources, and geomorphology to complete these inspection Reports. Assured project deliverable quality by following proper Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures. This process requires that a peer reviewer and senior reviewer reviews the deliverable prior to final submission. Trained colleagues to use the Levee Screening Tool (LST) and the Levee Inspection Tool (LIS) to complete risk screenings and Periodic/Routine Levee Inspections.
