High profile program of work includes transformation of out-dated IT systems in a very tight timeframe. This included integration into core backend systems such as TRIM and external message exchange with agencies, conveyancers, banks, and Sydney Water. This included gathering, prioritising and management of all business improvements to software for vendor to deliver. Manage Change and Train the trainer for enablement of 2100 NSW school staff. 2. Full delivery using external vendor from inception , a new online systems for Child Protection Services. This system supports workflow needed for Home Liaison officers when visiting homes of students not attending school. Rigid regulatory policy has to be complied with by liaison officers undertaking this role. This system delivered a secure, automated repository to record dates, times, outcomes and reports of interactions with Police, Family Court, carers and parents. Managed key stakeholders to ensure all business requirements were captured. Engaged and managed external vendor to develop, test and deliver the system. This system delivery took 6 months from instigation to successful delivery, on time and on budget. Show less
