Responsibilities include content management, copywriting, campaign building, budget direction, analytics data analysis, and site security.Additionally, I serve as the outreach pastor for XXXchurch.com. Responsibilities include budget management, event planning, and volunteer recruitment and management. I lead the X3groups project effort for XXXchurch.com, a project of Fireproof Ministries. X3groups is an effective model of accountability and support group for those struggling with sexual addiction and dependance. I am responsible for the development of leadership materials, branding, and group expansion efforts. I help coordinate online efforts and also work with church partners who want to start their own local X3groups.
