Reporting: Prepare a wide range of reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and incident reports) based on different methodologies (PTM, Top 2 boxes & Overall scores). Show less Benchmarking: Developing and evaluating the customer journey mapping for our clients in order to help them to effectively target the factors which deliver the highest impact customer loyalty and engagement.Conducting benchmarking studies with local and international transportations companies such as (TransAD, Sharjah transport, Blueline taxi and Transport of London)Conducting benchmarking studies for all the banks across the GCC and organize the annual customer experience benchmarking index after doing the study in order to announce the winners. Quality Control: Ensuring all surveys and mystery shopping assignments are as per the client requirements and standard, reviewing each researcher and shopper work to ensure high quality, and reviewing all PowerPoint reports before sending them to the client.Maintain the quality standard by approving the researchers, mystery shoppers and proof-readers work, rejecting and returning unacceptable reports, update the job guidelines as per the company standards, keep a record of problems that happened while conducting the field work. Constant and training the field work team based on the problems and issues faced.
