  Organize Flight Schedule Data

  This is a follow-on job to the previous work on FAG aviation data. I'm a subscriber to Fuji-Airways-Guide a monthly magazine that publishes flight schedule data in Japan (this data includes Japanese characters. It is not necessary to read or write Japanese, but being precise with characters in UTF-8 format is required). Since I'm a subscriber, and I've communicated my intent to the publisher, I have the right to digitize and use this data. Otherwise, this data is protected by copyright. The datasets include international passenger schedules, international cargo schedules, domestic passenger schedules, international LCC schedules, and airport access schedules to and from the airports. I have a need to organize each of these datasets to be loaded into a PostgreSQL database for analysis. Since each of these is published every month, there is the opportunity for ongoing work, and I hope that I can find a reliable partner so that we can work together to build an effective and efficient process, which we can incrementally improve together. This job includes the following datasets: INTL PAX ~ 18 pages INTL CARGO ~ 6 pages INTL TARIFF ~ 2 pages MONTHLY TOTAL = 26 pages We are focussing on only November and April when the big schedule changes are published.
