This program is a long-term sustainable solar incentive program to encourage the development of solar PV technology in Massachusetts that was developed by DOER. Oversee legal services regarding the implementation and management of the program.- Massachusetts offshore wind energy generation procurements. Working with the electric distribution companies, manage overall legal work for DOER regarding the selection and approval of offshore wind long-term power purchase agreements.-Bay State Gas Transaction. Negotiated terms and conditions of a settlement agreement among various parties in connection with the Massachusetts regulatory approval of the $1.1 billion acquisition of Bay State Gas/Columbia Gas of Massachusetts by Eversource Energy.-MA Clean Energy Legislation and the Federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
