  I worked in Global Regulatory Controllers team within Finance. The main aim of our team was to ensure that Morgan Stanley has adequate capital at all times so that there is no breach of regulation. I was responsible for the preparation of daily reports analyzing credit risk, counterparty risk and concentration risk charges. I was also responsible for publication of capital adequacy ratios and for monitoring exposure and collateral figures for Repo, Stockloan, Prime Brokerage to ensure we are 90% collateralised at all times. I also prepared Market Risk and Capital Resources packs. I mainly practised team working, leadership, communication and analytical skills.
