  During my time at Chapman, I moved the university to a higher selectivity level while increasing retention rates and diversity levels. I managed Chapman's admissions, financial aid, marketing, registrar and publications offices. As Chapman's Registrar, I improved the overall turnaround time and accuracy of student enrollment and registration processing. I also implemented cross-training throughout student service operations, implemented new software systems, all the while maintaining the daily responsibilities for registration, class scheduling, evaluations, advising and commencement.

  I am responsible for system enrollment management including on ground, online and Competency Based Education (CBE). I manage key student services including enrollment, admissions, advising, one stop student services, outreach and corporate relations, financial aid, military and veteran services, student records, career services, disability services, registration and degree planning for our 25+ campuses and the online campus. I am also responsible for the student code of conduct and managing the student conduct process for all students including professional programs in collaboration with the Deans. Show less
