  As the only active duty military Program Director in the Pacific, managed the Substance Abuse and Rehabilitation Program daily operations, to include screenings, treatment, and referral to outside activities in support of the 5,600 beneficiaries of Commander Fleet Activities Sasebo, Expeditionary Strike Group Seven and visiting ships. Collected, maintained and analyzed data for regional process improvement programs, and provided power point briefings to Commander Fleet Activities Sasebo, Command Master Chief and 10 Drug and Alcohol Program Advisors on trend analysis and abuse prevention methods. Facilitated command briefings and training to 24 tenant command and ships of Expeditionary Strike Group. Prepared and submitted quarterly reports to Officer in Charge Sasebo and Bureau of Medicine. Oversee the design and implementation of prevention education programs and campaigns. Developed and implemented a spreadsheet to track alcohol related incidents and referral time.Performed substance abuse assessments, managed cases, and facilitated treatment and group intervention. Implemented and managed a treatment program for patients not meeting criteria of substance Dependence or Abuse, but requiring education on choices, biological affects, and family of origin issues.Presented service member and family education on substance abuse and provided information on recognizing, reporting, preventing abuse and available intervention services for military community. Facilitated Fleet and Family Service Center Exceptional Sailor Program; covering stress management, conflict and anger management as they pertained to substance abuse. SARP Outreach Coordinator providing on-site training to military units and command consultation to Commanding Officers and conducted orientations for deployed Seabee units.
