      Advanced Diploma Graphic Design

      Activities and Societies: During the completion of my advanced diploma of graphic design in 2011 I became one of 3 finalists for Student of the Year. I was awarded the Hannanprint Graphic Arts Scholarship for my commitment to design, I created three front cover issues for 'The Box' magazine and I was a committee member for the renowned creative conference Agideas! The teachers throughout my studies gave me such tremendous support in leaping at the opportunities that lay outside the walls of the classroom as they knew (as I now know) the importance of direct experience, networking, communicating and the crucial ability to work with real life clients. I think that's why I loved the course so much - everything you did had a direct relationship with the outside world.
