  As a portfolio manager I'm overseeing five entities' initiatives, performance, and projects. Working closely with them allowed me to help them overcome obstacles and challenges with the related VRPs. Since joining the office, we as a portfolio have managed to get an additional funds of 200 Million for the entities' initiatives from EXPROInitiatives ProgressThe % of initiatives that are implemented according to the approved plan (on track) is 94% at the end of 2022, and the implementation of 3 initiatives was completed during the year in each of the following: "NTP" and "NIDLP" resulting in getting one of the top three VRO offices in the kingdom. Reviewing more than 15 RFPs with a value exceeding 120M riyals and comparing the technical offer with the scope of work using the weighted evaluation criteria to choose the best that meets the initiative's needsNew initiatives & financial performance5 new initiatives for the ecosystem were approved for financing after the submission of supporting documents and working closely with the relevant entities. About 127% of the approved liquidity has been spent for the year 2022 and commitment to more than 78% until the end of 2022 of the approved costs for initiatives until 2025Corrective plans for initiatives and indicatorsImplemented more than 50 milestones and outputs at the level of 11 initiatives, in addition to 14 indicators that are due during the year 2022; ensured that they were implemented on their due dates; then worked to prepare corrective plans for the initiatives and indicators that were expected to fail; and followed up on the implementation of these plans with the leaders of the ecosystemAlignment with national strategiesReviewing several national strategies and comments on them prior submit it to HH the Minister.
