  Oversee and execute all environmental health and safety initiatives as the lead industrial hygienist and safety manager for assigned commercial, industrial, residential and construction projects in partnership with site superintendents and corporate safety. Provide oversight on abatement, demolition and renovation projects to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, federal and state regulations for all workers on project sites. Conduct comprehensive industrial hygiene surveys to identify, evaluate and control employee exposures to occupational health hazards; including but not limited to Phase I, Asbestos, Lead and Mold surveys. Perform air quality testing and assessment utilizing phase contrast microscopy air samples in accordance with NIOSH Method 7400.
