Connected all buildings on campus through routers and switches. Added and managed over 2,000 users after creating OUs and Group Policies. This minimizes administrative overheads and the risk of data loss, with new centralized backups. Implemented a campus-wide Wi-Fi network with the Ubiquiti Network broadband system. Personally ordered and installed these products (line of sight bridges, 360 degrees wifi devices and poles). The in-house task saved the college $1.5 million. This enhanced the teaching delivery and learning experience. Installed new N-Computing terminals into newly created labs instead of PCs, this reduced the lab’s maintenance cost and by extension, further reduces the college’s IT budget by 50% per annum. Build new audio-visual rooms to reduce the congestions on the available single room.
