Project 2: Utilized Solid works to design the withering trough, analyzed the behavior of Air flow under different conditions using ANSYS Fluent and formulated the findings, suggesting potential methods such as modifications in the turbine design, to reduce discrepancies in the process and reduce wastage of mechanical and fluid energy by 30%.Project 1: Designed a Withering Trough to reduce the electrical consumption of energy by 20%. Analyzed the findings from theoretical design and validated with the results of the existing through. My research focused on Withering Trough as it involves the drying process of Crushed-Tear-Curl (CTC) tea, which consumes on average 70-80% of the total electrical utilization overall process of manufacturing of tea. The potential reduction in consumption of energy in the process of withering is important to ensure sustainable practices in the industrial manufacturing of tea. Show less
