      Personal Development Coach

ThreeSixFiveDad was created to help dads better manage the chaos and adversity that arises during fatherhood, while still placing importance on achieving their own personal aspirations. This is done by placing a heavy emphasis on self-awareness practices such as journaling and meditation. Those two are the foundation of the seven pillars; including strengthening relationships, community building, realizing negative coping mechanisms, setting intentional daily rituals and aligned value based goal setting.I wrote the 365 Dad Journal, which includes 365 prompts to help dads with the above mentioned pillars. This journal is unique because every single prompt was inspired and written from real life experiences on my dad journey. It also is a great tool to help dads cultivate a journaling practice; which can be extremely helpful in how we show up daily in our role as dad; as it provides us with heightened self-awareness.My 1:1 Coaching program is currently only available for those dads who are co-parenting. This was intentional, as I have been a co-parent for 12 years and counting; and understand the complexities and challenges. The coaching curriculum is 12 weeks; focuses on all of the above mentioned pillars with a foundation in self-reflection and mindfulness. The 365 Dad Podcast and Newsletter will be launching soon!To stay connected, visit my website www.threesixfivedad.com Show less
