  I spent my summer interning in Strategic Advisers Inc. at Fidelity with the Oversight Management team. I developed comprehensive documentation to create visibility through the processes of on boarding new Sub-Advisers and managing the relationships with these firms. I also populated databases and updated documentation with the addition of information to various existing documents.

  I worked for Clemson's Challenge for Academically Talented Students (CCATS) as a counselor for the attendees. Clemson brings in the top 10% of high school freshmen and sophomores from North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia for weekend retreats featuring team building activities, academic sessions, leadership building activities, and a tour of Clemson University. I facilitated programs and activities for the students to maximize their experience at CCATS.

I streamlined investment mandate documentation to reduce ambiguity and increase understanding between Fidelity and both internal and external business partners. I also tested a cloud based workflow management platform to digitize processes between Strategic Advisers and external business partners.

  While interning at St Vincent’s I gained exposure to a variety of aspects of the Human Resources department and had the pleasure to work with colleagues of all different areas on multiple different initiatives. I took part in projects such as employee satisfaction action planning, pre employment screening, annual leave planning, and Indigenous and Aboriginal Australian recruitment, just to name a few. During my internship, I got exposure to common HR systems, including Workday and Chris21.
