Interacted with external antenna supplier to ensure mechanical interfaces allow for the successful component integration. • EUS Fracture Critical Fasteners Drawing Lead – Coordinated with strength and design team leads to identify fracture critical fasteners throughout the entirety of the vehicle. Released engineering drawing to specify Non-Destructive Inspection methods and acceptable criteria.• P-Clamp Testing Lead – Headed testing effort to show P-Clamps of three different materials have capability in excess of the conservative analysis currently being used by the SLS Program. Coordinated with Supplier Management Team, testing vendor, and Design Team management in order to successfully implement testing activities within an allocated budget of $200k.• Additive Manufacturing Team Member – Designed an additively manufactured Hydrogen Manifold for the Thrust Structure Propulsion Layout, providing a mass savings of 57% from the baseline concept.• Served as a lead/mentor for summer interns and student employees. Structures & Payload Design Engineer, CST-100 Starliner Commercial Crew Capsule• Assisted with the development of Model Based Definition (MBD) packages and parts lists of structural components for the airbag backing panel assemblies.
