  Achievements:• Successfully Participated in a long term plan for improving produced Nitrogen purity (achieved ~ 99% purity on March 2020 after having ~ 84% purity in the past) in Nitrogen generation unit located in Gas Injection-LPG Plant after replacing the unit air dryer and oxygen adsorber beds.• Participated in Gas Injection-LPG Plant Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) review process from June 2019 until completion in February 2020 in preparation for Re-HAZOP of the plant as per Wintershall DEA GoS process safety audit recommendation.• Raised a technical modification for changing low pressure tripping setting of Agiba Gas lift Pipeline, the modification passed successfully through SUCO management of change HSE procedure and the modification was deployed successfully on October 2019. • Raised a technical modification for controlling SUCO Zeit Bay Gas lift header pressure through Agiba Gas lift Pipeline pressure controller, the modification passed successfully through SUCO management of change HSE procedure and the pressure controller modification was deployed successfully on October 2019. • Nominated as SUCO representative in Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) committee for studying General Petroleum Company (GPC) gas production alternatives at Ras El-Behar area on December 2018.• Contributed to Gas Injection-LPG Plant partial power supply shift from original power generation system to a temporary diesel fuel generator during power generation system maintenance activities in July 2017.• Participated in Accident Investigation team for the fire accident occurred in Zeit Bay Ras El-Behar Area on February 2017.• Completed a study for the possibility of using an out of service solid desiccant condensate dehydration unit for gas phase dehydration purposes in October 2015.• Issued Environmental emergency procedure for Halon gas, Natural gas & Propane gas accidental release as per recommended in DNV-GL external audit report in August 2015. عرض أقل
