      June-August Manager of business organization I was involved in process of development business goals and objectives for all companies that work within Invej. In this role I helped transformation of the business by setting up the base for modern HR processes and making it more competitive, lean and flexible. My main occupation was related to HRM as I was designing and implementing new organizational scheme and to ensure that the holding has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities. Working on specific job descriptions and job qualifications we also set up procedures for regurgitation and selection process. Defining new way to supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Also I was working on settlement of the Performance appraisal process where we used MBO model and with external consultant set up fundamentals of Quality Management System (QMS).
