  As a process engineer, my responsibilities include short term goals such as preventative maintenance of the line and long term achievements including annual improvement projects for safety, yield, quality, and conversion costs. My role as a Co-Op shifted between operations and process engineering. I assisted operations with training modules, customer service, and the daily performance reports. As part of the process engineering team, I received leadership and technical training to become a process engineer. My responsibilities included collecting and trending data in order to understand the root cause and solve problems.
