Across my employment, I coordinated the processing of the majority of the RPS publications, while delivering monthly quality assurance to ensure accuracy of content.I held responsibility for the maintenance of correspondence in the Development and Support Team, liaising with manufacturers, customers, end-users, and internal members of staff on a daily basis. I monitored several email inboxes, and ensured the following of correct communication procedures.I also worked as the Treasurer for the company social committee, responsible for organising and budgeting regular events.
