  Designer

  Deuce Design was my first design job. One that I kept for almost four years, learning everything I could possibly absorb. When I started there it was just myself and a creative director. When I was eventually recruited to Toronto, it had grown to a very successful six person boutique. I owe a lot of who I am as a designer to Deuce and always remember these roots. Clients included, Clarica (now disolved in to Sun Life Financial), Krug Furniture, Vincor Canada and McMaster University.

  Dec 1999 - May 2001

  Designer

  My first exposure to annual reports and large scale branding was at Interbrand. It was an exciting and career building experience, which allowed me to work on HBC, TD and CAE to mention a few. It was also my first glimpse to the global stage of branding and design and helped broaden my goals and abilities.

  Ove Design & Communications, Publicis

  Aug 2001 - May 2003

  Designer

  When at Ove, I was also brought in to the Publicis side of the business. This was an amazing experience that brought me closer to the advertising industry. An industry that I've kept close to me ever since, because my goal has been to bridge the gap between design and advertising, to make them one cohesive form of communication. Clients I worked on included, ONEX, Purolator and CIBC.

  Fuel Advertising Inc.

  May 2003 - Sept 2005

  Senior Designer

  Fuel Advertising brought me in to the fashion industry, another one of my goals as a designer. Here I was a retail planner and lead designer on everything for The Bay. This extended beyond the typical retail touchpoint and in to some very exciting flagship store launches, prototype store branding and the designer outpost called the St. Regis Room, now known as The Room.

  DDB Canada

  Oct 2005 - Oct 2008

  Associate Creative Director

  At DDB, I worked predominantly at Karacters Design Group – the design "arm" of the agency. Working at Karacters was one of my most enriching experiences. Not only because it gave me the opportunity to integrate with advertising, but this also gave me my first official opportunity to lead a group of designers and be a source of inspiration and guidance for them. Much of the work I completed at Karacters is among my most proud and award winning. A fantastic client list included, Subaru, Milestones Grill + Bar, Stratford Shakespeare Festival, Life Brand (Shoppers Drug Mart) and Victoria University. Show less

  Associate Creative Director

  At Zulu Alpha Kilo, I lead the charge on design. I continued to work on large branding projects, advertising, environmental design and digital. Pushing beyond conventional visual communication to more integrated, experiential, meaningful and especially surprising ideas. I'm very proud of the award winning work I developed for Bell, Workopolis, Carleton University and Coca-Cola while at Zulu.

  Design Director

  I am bringing my passion for design and art direction to the next level at Davis. I continue to strive for the unexpected, seek out more strategic communication opportunities, push beyond the norm and never stop learning. My drive towards a world where design is integrated in to all forms of human engagement continues to grow here at Davis. While at Davis, I consider myself extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to influence and develop creative that spans across advertising, product, digital and experiential touch points. My greatest achievements at Davis have all been outside of my comfort level – a place I thoroughly enjoy being in. Show less
