  •Leads complex training curriculum projects internally and externally with third party vendors that includes planning, executing, and monitoring the work of contracted and volunteer subject matter experts. •Led the design, development, and implementation of TxDOT’s first Construction Inspector Development Program Boot Camp, a 2-week intensive training program taught in-person and in the field by Construction Division staff.
