  I currently manage the recruitment team at CLC with regard to the overall recruitment of learners. One of my main roles within the company is supporting our employers we work with and to improve our client base. It is vitally important that I am able to work with both new and existing employers to help maintain their standard of training required for new and existing staff. My other main role is business development and increasing partnerships with Schools, Job Centre Plus and associated partners. I currently deliver talks to Schools, Job Centre Plus, attend careers events and work closely with our partners to make sure they receive the best possible service and information they require.The Care Learning Centre offers training to both Levy and Non Levy paying employers and offers the following qualifications:Adult Care Worker (L2)Lead Adult Care Worker (L3)Team Leader/Supervisor (L3)Diploma in Adult Care (L4) - Privately funded only currentlyDiploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (L5)Customer Service Practitioner (L2)Diploma in Customer Service (L3)Diploma in Business Administration (L2)Business Administrator (L3)We are also in the process of developing the standards to carry out the level 2 healthcare support worker and level 3 senior healthcare support worker.CLC currently operate throughout the whole of England and have dedicated training staff in the area they work within.Thanks for your time and do something amazing today....
