  Responsible for the Associations 200 plus annual education offerings, including creation of comprehensive annual course schedule. Direct reports include the Professional Development Program Manager, the Global and Diversity Program Manager, and the Commercial Program Manager. Oversee the planning and implementation of numerous educational events. Staff liaison and program facilitator to Professional Development and Texas REALTOR Leadership Program (TRLP). The Professional Development, TRLP Alumni, YPN, Global Business, Diversity, Commercial and Leadership Development Committees are all part of the Professional Development department. Prepare and execute all Professional Development budgets. Manage the Association's compliance with the Texas Real Estate Commissions educational procedures and Texas REALTORS Professional Standards.
