  As a Project Manager for both Deposit and Debit Card team of the COE Core Banking Department, I am handling various project to enhance the Core Banking system of Bank Mandiri. With this role, I am learning how to manage a team, how to be responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation through to completion. I also learn how to coordinate people and process to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives. Show less After finishing the trainings and classes, we were appointed as full-time employees in Bank Mandiri. Acting as a Junior Solution Analyst in e-Channel & On-boarding Department, I was assigned to two projects that are: Payroll Management Platform (PMP) and Standing Instruction (SI).As a Solution Analyst, I am required to be able to write documents that are essential for the development process (e.g.: RD, FSD, TSD). I am also required to have a strong interpersonal skill, problem solving skill and project management skill since I need to work together with a lot of people from various groups and departments, inside and outside of the IT Directorate, and comply to the tight timeline of the projects under Bank Mandiri. Show less Bank Mandiri has its own development program for their officers, providing career advancement and leadership opportunities in the future. As someone who participates in the program, I got a lot of chance to learn about how banking industry works and how to work as an IT officer in a bank.For the first three months of the program, we had an online class and were trained the basic knowledge of the Banking Industry. We were trained in a fast-paced environment and were constantly evaluated with the daily and weekly exams. Nearing the end of the online class, we had to finish working in a team and make an innovative solution for Bank Mandiri. I and my friends made an innovation called MAGIC that includes series of features (such as a lot easier payment method, bill-splitting, etc) that are ideated to be added in Bank Mandiri's mobile banking app, Livin' by Mandiri.After finishing the online class, we were placed in various groups and departments in Bank Mandiri. I was positioned in IT Application Development Group -- Solution Development 1 Department (Now e-Channel & On-boarding Department) and got to learn a lot of things about the development process in Bank Mandiri.
