Collaborated with the board of Neodyme Group to transform the company into a cooperative fully owned by its employees.Member of the board of directors of Neodyme Group.Key achievements:-Successfully established Neodyme Australia and its branch in Madagascar with a team of 5 process safety engineers-Developed a client portfolio securing companies such as BECA Ltd, Glencore, MIPAC, Ambatovy, Komatsu Australia, Foxtrot International, Salmon, SLN Australia and TotalEnergies.-Led the dangers studies (Safety cases) of the three main industrial facilities in New Caledonia operated by Prony Resources (formerly Vale), KNS (Glencore) and SLN (Eramet), including Safety Critical Element identification and evaluation.-Conducted HAZOP and LOPA review and performed PHAST modelling of ammonia storage, loading and distribution facilities, an H2S production plant, a MS Sulphite plant, a sulphuric acid plant, and HPAL (High Pressure Acid Leaching).-Managed a team of process safety engineer at Ambatovy Hydrometallurgical plant in Madagascar, supporting Management of Change, Pre-Start Safety Reviews, development of Safety Critical Element Performance assurance tasks, Process Safety time calculations.-Led the upgrade of Firefighting system from safety concept to calculation and Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings for a remote power plant on a mine site in Madagascar and supported the engineering of gaseous fire protection for electrical rooms and data centres. -Conducted Technological Risk Assessment including HAZID/HAZOP review and consequences modelling for multiple LHC tank farms operated by TotalEnergies in Fiji, Pakistan, Solomon Islands and China.-Performed a third-party review of a Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) for Methanex in New Zealand.
