Managed 5+ professionals and reported to IT Director of Customer Services.• Slashed actual cost of phone carrier services by $500,000 over three years for Commercial malls. Installed new network switches and new phone systems to accomplish this.• Managed the replacement of over 100 old Toshiba copiers that were past their lease expiration date with new Konica copiers with estimated savings of approx. 50%. • Learned new software to support printer and MFD environment. (FMAudit and Pharos) Created processes and procedures from start to finish for replacement of MFD devices allowing replacement MFD to become part of quarterly process.• Spearheaded Business and IT teams to dispose of properties sold to other companies. Worked with the buying company to transfer control of assets and systems in controlled manner.• Orchestrated the End-of-Lease Project to replace over 500 PC’s which had expired leases but never replaced, resulting in upgraded system and elimination of unused PC’s. • Supported all commercial malls for any requests including phone system support, support of Meraki customer WIFI system and as liaison with Corporate IT department. I was also overseeing the “bookmarking” phase of project allowing the Commercial group to go paperless and permit other groups to view the documents from their computers.• Served as Commercial’s GO-LIVE lead (point person) in installation of companywide SAP ERP system. • Headed SAP security model and roles for Commercial Department as well as lead in the Privacy Rights project and Business Continuity project.
